Ideal for individuals working toward healthy lifestyle habits and specific health goals such as weight management, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and disease prevention.
Incorporates a holistic approach to achieving goals: health in mind, body, spirit, community, and environment.
Your coach will partner with you to set goals, identify strategies to meet these goals, offer support and encouragement, and provide accountability. Program effectiveness is evidenced using evaluation measures to monitor your progress. You will receive reports which summarize your success.

Personal Training
Ideal for individuals who are working toward a specific performance goal or fitness outcome.
Personal training begins with a baseline assessment and goal setting. Your trainer will design a personalized program developed to achieve your unique fitness goals while maintaining a focus on holistic health promotion and wellness. As you work toward your goals, you will receive guidance, technique instruction, encouragement, and education. Program effectiveness is evidenced using evaluation measures to monitor your success.

Diabetes Prevention Program
Ideal for individuals with pre-diabetes who are working toward preventing type 2 diabetes.
Through the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program and using the evidence based CDC Prevent Type 2 Diabetes curriculum, your coach will facilitate a 12-month lifestyle change program. Over 26 modules, participants will learn lifestyle factors to prevent type 2 diabetes and discuss strategies that support lifestyle change.
