Incorporates a holistic approach to achieving goals: health in mind, body, spirit, community, and environment.

Your coach will partner with you to set goals, identify strategies to meet these goals, offer support and encouragement, and provide accountability. Program effectiveness is evidenced using evaluation measures to monitor your progress. You will receive reports which summarize your success.

Personal Training

Ideal for individuals who are working toward a specific performance goal or fitness outcome.

Personal training begins with a baseline assessment and goal setting. Your trainer will design a personalized program developed to achieve your unique fitness goals while maintaining a focus on holistic health promotion and wellness. As you work toward your goals, you will receive guidance, technique instruction, encouragement, and education. Program effectiveness is evidenced using evaluation measures to monitor your success.

Medical Exercise Training

Your trainer will work directly with you and your medical practitioner to provide fitness training which addresses your unique health needs and risks.

Collaborating with you and your medical practitioner, your trainer will design a personalized program developed to achieve your unique fitness goals. Your trainer will monitor specific exercise data requested by your physician during your workouts. As you work toward your goals, you will receive guidance, technique instruction, encouragement, and education. In collaboration with your physician, appropriate outcome measures will be identified to evidence your success. You and your physician will receive reports regarding your exercise performance and progress.
